Help Desk Action List Login
The help desk action list login functionality allows authorized users to see other users action lists to help diagnose problems users may be having with their action lists. A common issue might be that the user has set an action list filter and the document they are trying to access is hidden. You won't be able to open or take action on documents, just see the action list and how the user has their preferences set.
- Enter the user id of the person's whose action list you want to access
- Click the help desk action list login button.
Authorized users will have the ability to log in as other users in non-production environments which allows support staff to impersonate users to help them resolve problems they might be having with the system. Each customer will be provided with a sandbox environment that can be refreshed from production as needed via a zendesk support ticket.
