Services	Predetermined Billing and Milestone invoices are not being created if the award start date is in the current month	We fixed an issue that was preventing Predetermined Billing and Milestone invoices from being created when an award start date is in the current month. Support	Add search criteria validation to Balances by Consolidation Lookup	We added validation to Balances by Consolidation to present the user with an error when bad data is entered into search criteria. Previously, there was no error and the search would return no results.	Improvement	FINP-4807

Product Development	Implement more checkstyle rules to enforce coding standards/code quality	We have implemented the following checkstyle rules to enforce coding standards/code quality: * RightCurly * SimplifyBooleanExpression In some cases, we did some cleanup in base code to avoid violating these new rules. Product Development	Eliminate unused FileUploadLimitExceededException	The FileUploadLimitExceededException exception class was never thrown, so we removed it and did some corresponding cleanup.	Improvement	FINP-4799
Module Pages & Navigation	There is a space underneath the Collapse Menu / Expand Menu in production environments	This was not an issue in non-prod environments due to the "This is a Test Environment" bar. The extra space has been removed in production environments.	Bug	FINP-4804
Lookup Refactor - Sub Fund Group (nested)	The logic to determine if a lookup field should have a nested lookup depends on the old lookup field config	Batch File Lookup failed to render because it no longer had `lookupFields` defined, only the new `lookupAttributeDefinitions`.
