This message is generated upon submission of the budget adjustment e-doc regardless of whether benefits are included on the BA e-doc. The validation appears to look for salary, but it should also validate whether benefits are entered, and if none, ask the user if they want to automatically generate if salary is included. In order to calculate the benefits, the application must look at the labor benefit tables so the benefit object codes are already referenced in some fashion.
Is there a trick to incorporating or not incorporating this validation.
