Routing Field Configuration

Overview

Routing Field Configuration can be used to determine which fields on Customer or Vendor, when changed, should trigger the document to route for approval.

The following rules apply: 

• When a new record is created, approval is required. 
• When a record is edited:
  • If none of the fields in the Routing Field Configuration are selected, route for approval. 
  • If any of the fields in the Routing Field Configuration are selected, route for approval only when the selected fields are changed.
