Overview
Routing Field Configuration can be used to determine which fields on Customer or Vendor, when changed, should trigger the document to route for approval.
The following rules apply:
- When a new record is created, approval is required.
- When a record is edited:
- If none of the fields in the Routing Field Configuration are selected, route for approval.
- If any of the fields in the Routing Field Configuration are selected, route for approval only when the selected fields are changed.
