Onboarding Planning Call |
During this call, we’ll introduce you to our team members and review the high level project scope and timeline. We’ll answer any questions you have, and plan the project kickoff, whether virtual or onsite. |

Kickoff |
The project kickoff meeting can be either virtual or onsite. During the project kickoff we bring together your project stakeholders to talk through the detailed plan and timeline, review project roles, and discuss how we will communicate and share information during the project. We will discuss your business goals and objectives, provide an overview of product functionality and review your business processes. We will answer any technical or functional questions your team members have. |

Business Process Analysis |
We will partner with you to analyze your business requirements to help you identify opportunities to make things more efficient, and how to use the system effectively to meet your needs. |
|
Configuration |
We will help you configure the system based on your needs and requirements. |
|
Data Migration |
If you are migrating data into Kuali Financials, we will work with you on a plan and help you migrate your data into the system. |
|
Integration |
If you will be integrating Kuali Financials with other local systems, we will make sure you have the information your technical team needs to develop those integrations, and provide consulting and guidance. |
|
Training |
We will work with you on a communication and training plan for your users. We will train your core team members on how to use and maintain the system, and make sure they are well equipped to train others on your campus. |
|
Testing |
We will work with you on a testing plan to ensure that when you go-live with Kuali Financials, your settings and configurations work the way you expect them to. |

Go-Live |
We will partner with you to plan and execute your go-live, so you get up and running successfully. |
|
On-Going Support |
Select your designated campus Support Reps. We’ll make sure they have access to our Support Portal so they can submit a help ticket if needed. |
