Support	Inactive Accounting Periods can't be selected on the Labor Journal Voucher when A2 Balance Type is selected	A2 entries do not flow through to the General Ledger and it shouldn't matter whether accounting periods are open, similar to the A2 entries created by the Salary Transfer. Now, when A2 Balance Type is selected on the Labor Journal Voucher, the account period drop down will change to a lookup and inactive accounting periods can be looked up and returned to the document. Support	Receive error re: missing invoice template when submitting an error corrected Contracts & Grants Invoice	If a Customer did not have an invoice template associated with their record or an address, Contracts & Grants Invoices could not be error corrected due to the missing invoice template. We removed the missing invoice template validation when submitting error corrected Contracts & Grants Invoices.	Bug	FINP-4546
