Product Development	We added a new parameter, CALCULATE_BENEFITS_IND that will control whether or not benefits are calculated on the TO side of the Salary Expense Transfer. When set to N, benefits will be copied down from the FROM side instead of being calculated.	Improvement	FINP-11567
