Services	Unable to delete new rows from a saved Milestone or Predetermined Billing Schedule document created from the upload process	We fixed Milestone and Predetermined Billing Schedule maintenance documents to allow users to delete new rows added by the upload process when the document is in a saved status. Support	The change made by FINP-4152 to use absolute values on the Electronic Payment Claim did not create correct entries when payments were claimed using a Distribution of Income and Expense	We backed out this change. Negative accounting lines are not allowed on the Electronic Payment Claim.	Bug	FINP-4552
Support	When parameter FEDERAL_ONLY_BALANCE_IND = Y, Salary Transfers cannot be created using non-Federal Contracts & Grants account when Effort Certifications have been created	We fixed an issue so that non-Federal Contracts & Grant accounts can be used on a Salary Expense Transfers when a related Report Definition is either open or closed. Previously, when Effort Certifications had been created, all Contracts & Grant accounts were blocked from being used on Salary Expense Transfers.	Bug	FINP-4110
Lookup Refactor - Simple Lookups	Changes to prepare for moving Purchase Order Quote Language lookup to new framework	We made minor changes to the Purchase Order Quote Language data dictionary to prepare for moving this lookup to the new framework. This lookup has not yet been released with the new framework and these changes do not impact the current lookup.	Improvement	FINP-4633
Module Pages & Navigation	Sidebar Navigation bar remains open/closed per browser session	Previously, the sidebar is closed on lookups and documents. A user can now expand or collapse the sidebar and it will persist until the user changes it.	Improvement	FINP-4629
Module Pages & Navigation	Convert navigation search to enhanced Jump To experience	As part of our vision for "Ready access to the things I need" in Kuali Financials we are moving away from the flyout navigation experience. With that, the navigation search needed to be broken free of the navigation sidebar, made easier to access and navigate. Beyond the name change, users will find the added ability to open Jump To with a hot-key combination from anywhere in Kuali Financials, cues for total keyboard navigation of the feature and refined organization of search results providing the closest item to the query typed at the top of the list of results.
