Support	Bank offsets are not created when a Cash Control using Wire Payment Medium is created from the Dashboard	We fixed the Cash Control to create bank offsets when the Cash Control is initiated from the Dashboard and the wire payment is medium, similar to the entries that are created when Cash Controls are created from the Electronic Payment Claim. NOTE: The Cash Control entries created from Electronic Payment Claim include 0.00 bank offset entries. They will be removed in a future release.	Bug	FINP-4057

Lookup Refactor Improvements	Lookup results display dates without times when appropriate	Results on the new Lookup pages were always showing dates with times. We fixed that to only show the time on the appropriate lookup (Batch File), and the date only on the rest of the lookups.	Improvement	FINP-4691
Lookup Refactor Improvements	Improve BusinessObjectSerialization	We offloaded the serialization and annotation work to our business objects out of the BusinessObjectResource and into its own MessageBodyWriter class enabled by Jax-rs.
