Rice Dependencies	Reimplement County in Kuali Financials	County lookup has been added to Kuali Financials. The Lookup is using the refactored lookup and is not currently wired into any of the documents that use County. It can only be accessed from a URL and the document type has not yet been ingested. NOTE: Returning a State from the State Lookup and searching by County Name are not working in Rice and will be fixed in the Financials implementation in an upcoming release.	Improvement	FINP-5164
Support	Disbursement Vouchers and Salary Expense Transfers are taking several seconds to open	We determined that excessive database calls are being made by the super user tab.
