Rice Dependencies	Searching on County Name does not return results	Our data is normal case (Greenlee) and the data dictionary was forcing upper case so the queries didn't match. We changed the data dictionary to not force upper case.	Bug	FINP-5246
Support	Super user action tab is making excessive database calls resulting in slow performance	KualiDocumentFormBase.isSuperUserActionAvaliable (and associated method calls) fetch the same data from KEW tables over and over in succession. We simplified the code to reduce the number of database calls and the associated XAPool penalties.	Improvement	FINP-5227
Support	Customer Number and Invoice Amount searches do not work on the Payment History Report	We fixed the Customer Number and Invoice Amount searches on the Payment History Report. We also removed the Reversed Indicator toggle and columns from the Search Results and pdf Report. NOTE: Dates on the pdf are truncated and saved and enroute Pay Apps cause the Payment History Lookup to return a stack trace. Both issues will be addressed in future releases.	Bug	FINP-5129
