Lookup Refactor Nested	A few Chart of Account lookups have been updated to the new refactored framework	The following Chart of Account look ups have been updated to the refactored lookup framework: Chart, Object Code, Object Level and Object Consolidation. NOTE: A convenience was lost related to the Object Code. Fiscal Year and Chart entered on the Object Code Lookup are not flowing into the Object Level and Consolidation. Rice Dependencies	State is not being returned to County in the new implementation	We fixed an issue with County related to a nested lookup that wants to return both State AND Country.	Improvement	FINP-5263
Rice Dependencies	Reimplement Postal Code in Kuali Financials	Postal Code lookup has been added to Kuali Financials. The Lookup is using the refactored lookup and is not currently wired into any of the documents that use Postal Code. Support	We are unable to update Labor Benefit Calculations when the Fiscal Year, Chart and Labor Benefit Type are the same	We modified the primary keys on the Labor Benefit Calculations table to include the Labor Benefit Rate Category Code. Support	Remove KIM Chart Manager linkage from the Financials Chart object	We removed the link between the KIM Chart Manager role and Financials Chart. The Financials Chart Lookup will no longer display the Chart Manager, as it was inconsistently displaying users assigned to this role for a particular chart.	Bug	FINP-5302
Support	Generated Benefit Offset entries are not created when Labor Benefit Calculation Offset is turned on.	We fixed an issue that was preventing the Generated Benefit Offsets from being created when Labor Benefit Calculation Offset is turned on (LABOR_BENEFIT_CALCULATION_OFFSET_IND= Y).	Bug	FINP-5247
Support	Submitting or saving saved Milestone or Predetermined Billing Schedule is returning a meaningless error	When a Milestone Schedule or Predetermined Billing Schedule was saved, the xml document contents contained an award without reference objects (including awardAccounts).
