Support	Cash Control GLPEs include disapproved pay apps and are posting to the GL prior to approval.	We fixed some issues with the Cash Control GLPE generation: disapproved pay apps are no longer included in the GLPEs or the Cash Control total; GLPEs cannot be generated until all Pay Apps are final; Cash Control GLPEs do not post to the GL until the Cash Control is in a final status and Cash Controls can only be disapproved if all Pay Apps have been disapproved or are canceled.
