Financials Production Release 2020.09.24

NOTE: FINP-7024 in this release caused a problem with enroute Purchase Order and Payment Requests which was fixed with FINP-7102 released 2020.09.25. Additionally, FINP-7024 included database changes which impacted customer reporting. We have reversed the impacting database changes with the 2020.10.01 release.

Product Development	We removed alien and nra from the application which included: 1) changing NON_RESIDENT_ALIEN_ parameters to NONRESIDENT_ ; 2) updating the COVER_SHEET_TEMPLATE_NONRESIDENT and COVER_SHEET_TEMPLATE_LINES parameter values and descriptions; 3) changing tag nra_ind to nonresident_ind in the payment.xsd file; 4) changing alien to nonresident in the disbursementVoucherCoverSheetTemplate.pdf file and 5) re-ingested affected documents. NOTE: This caused problems with existing documents so the change to route nodes was updated to cover existing documents by FINP-7102 released 2020-09-25. Additionally, this included database changes which impacted customer reporting. We have reversed the impacting database changes with FINP-7108 released 2020.10.01.	Improvement	FINP-7024
