Groups allows you to associate persons and other groups with each other for the purpose of making role assignments. For example, if you want to assign the same role to three users, you could create a group, assign the three users to it, and then assign the group to the desired role. Alternatively, you could add the three users individually to the role.
Use this tab to identify your group with a Namespace, Name and Description. The Type Name defaults to Default, but can be changed to Organization Group. If the Type Name is changed to Organization Group, an additional tab, Attributes, is added to the document.
When Organization Group Type is selected, the following tab is added. Use this tabe to identify the Chart and Organization associated with the Group.
Use the assignees tab to add individual users (principals) or other groups to the Group.
