Duplicate Payment Warning	Provide warning on saved Disbursement Voucher if possible duplicate payments exist	We enhanced Disbursement Voucher documents to provide a warning if the invoice number for the selected payee or the combination of invoice date and document total amount for the selected payee matches existing Disbursement Vouchers or Payment Requests. This improvement displays the warning for saved Disbursement Vouchers. This marks the completion of the Duplicate Payment Warning enhancement.	FINP-3321
Enhance CGB	Enhance Milestone Schedules to allow chart and account to be selected from the Award	For Contracts & Grants Billing, we modified Milestone Schedules to direct users to select chart and account from the Award when setting up new schedules. We provided a script for schools to use to populate the chart and account on existing Milestone Schedules since these fields are now required. This is a step toward allowing multiple accounts to be used for Milestone Schedules.	FINP-3296
General Support	Requisitions cannot be disapproved at the ad hoc route node	We added application document status "Disapproved Ad Hoc" to the Requisition so that Requisitions can be disapproved at the Ad Hoc route node. This change applies only to Requisitions ad hoc routed after the fix has been applied.	FINP-3613
General Support	Remove URLs from the Subject Line of system generated emails	We fixed system generated emails to no longer contain urls. The same required information will be present in plain text form.	FINP-3600
General Support	Award lookup fails when the returning an award without a primary project director	We fixed Award lookup to not fail when returning result set that includes an award without a primary project director.	FINP-3584
Lookup Refactor	Move new lookup apis out of apisEnabled	Since this set of apis will be needed for the UI to function it does not make sense for them to be disable-able so we moveed them out of apisEnabled.	FINP-3660
Lookup Refactor	New Lookup: Actions rendering improvement	For a given lookup result, if no actions are present in the result set, the actions column will not longer render.	FINP-3653
Lookup Refactor	Issue with the new lookup arrows submitting the form when selected	We fixed an issue with the new lookup form submitting the document when the file path arrows which expand and collapse the directories were selected.	FINP-3652
