General Support	The Fiscal Year Maker job is failing with constraint errors when reversal dates reference the fiscal year the job is trying to create and the OVERRIDE_TARGET_YEAR_DATA_IND is set to Y	We changed the Fiscal Year Maker job so that it would no longer clear the University Date table when OVERRIDE_TARGET_YEAR_DATA_IND is set to Y. However, we ran into additional constraint errors related to the Organization Reversion Detail table where the job is trying to clear object codes that exist in other tables. This new issue will be resolved in an upcoming sprint.	FINP-3422
General Support	Allow commodity code reviewers to edit the object code on the accounting line and the capital asset tab on the Requisition	We created a new permission to grant commodity code approvers the ability to edit the object code on accounting lines and modify the capital asset tab. The permission defaults to unassigned in order to preserve current behavior. The new permission is called "Modify Object Code REQS Commodity items.sourceAccountingLines.financialObjectCode". General Support	Occasionally, authorized users are not able to access Institution Configuration	We fixed an intermittent issue where authorized users were sometimes not able to access Institution Configuration.	FINP-3498
General Support	Explanation Box does not wrap with lengthy text	We resolved an issue where text in the explanation box was not wrapping on the page.	FINP-3634
General Support	Contracts & Grants Invoices are using the Awards primary org as the Billing Organization when creating invoices	We changed the Contracts & Grants Invoice creation methods to determine the Billing Organization based on the Award's primary Fund Manager. When a CG invoice is created it will use the primary Fund Manager's primary department as the Billing Organization, unless role 54 has been qualified for the KFS-AR namespace. If role 54 has been qualified, then it will use the chart and org associated with the KFS-AR namespace as the Billing Organization.	FINP-3638
Services	Milestone Schedule & Predetermined Billing Schedules lookup and inquiry have some fields linked to the wrong business object	We fixed the lookup and inquiry links for proposal, chart and account in Milestone Schedules and Predetermined Billing Schedules to be linked to their proper business object. This issue was caused by a recent change to allow chart and account to be selected on the Milestone Schedules and Predetermined Billing Schedules.	FINP-3720
Services	Display chart & account on Contracts & Grants Invoice for Milestone and Predetermined Billing Awards	We enhanced Contracts & Grants Invoice to display the chart, account # and account name when the billing frequency of the Award is set to Milestone Schedule or Predetermined Billing Schedule. Services	On the Award inquiry, relocate links to Milestone Schedule and Predetermined Billing Schedule from separate tab to invoicing tab	We moved the links to Milestone Schedule and Predetermined Billing Schedule to the Invoicing tab on the Award. We also changed the link from an inquiry link to a lookup link because once we allow multiple accounts for Milestone and Predetermine Billing Schedules, each Award could have multiple schedules. Services	Enhance Predetermined Billing Schedules to allow chart and account to be selected from the Award	For Contracts & Grants Billing, we modified Predetermined Billing Schedules to direct users to select chart and account from the Award when setting up new schedules. We provided a script for schools to use to populate the chart and account on existing Predetermined Billing Schedules since these fields are now required. This is a step toward allowing multiple accounts to be used for Predetermined Billing Schedules.	FINP-3375
Accessibility	Remove unnecessary empty elements from new lookup search results to improve screen reader experience	There were unnecessary empty elements in the new lookup search results. We removed those elements to improve the screen reader navigation experience.	FINP-3649
Accessibility	Accessibility improvements for the datepicker on the new lookup page	We improved accessibility in the datepicker on the new lookup page. The calendar can now be navigated with a screen reader as a table, the year picker has an aria-collapse attribute, and the year picker automatically closes when you pick a year.	FINP-3576

Lookup Refactor - Similar to Account Type	Refactoring work on some lookups	This was an effort to make more lookups available for testing. We targeted lookups that only require our current level of support (so still kinda simple) and these are not final. More work is needed before they become live.
