Refactored Lookups and Create / Maintain Records permission

The refactored lookups use Create / Maintain Records permissions to determine who can create new, copy and edit. 

The lookups that have not been refactored continue to use the Initiate Document permissions. 

A new KIM Attribute Type and Template was created to support the new permission. 

When creating Create / Maintain Records for the refactored lookups, use the KFS-SYS Create / Maintain Records Template. 

 

The Initiate Document permissions continue to be used by the Maintenance documents and should continue to be assigned alongside the Create / Maintain perms until the Maintenance framework is refactored.
