Requisition - Commodity Reviewer Permission

A permission was created to allow the Commodity Reviewer role to change the object code when Requisitions route to them for approval. 

The new permission details:

• Name: Modify Object Code REQS Commodity items.sourceAccountingLines.financialObjectCode
• Permission ID: FINP3744 
• Role: Add permission FINP3744 to the Commodity Reviewer role, role 23 in base code. 

If the object code is changed from or to a capital object code, the Capital Asset tab is editable.
