Clearing Cache on the Action List/Single Page

Go to the Action List Page and then based on your computer and browser do the following: 

PC- Mozilla/Firefox/Chrome

One of the following should clear the cache on the Action List page and allow it to open

• Ctrl+Shift+r
• Ctrl+F5
• Shift+click the reload button on the toolbar

Mac - Chrome 

• Access Chrome Developer Tools: CMD+Option+I
• Click Empty Cache and Hard Reload in the list of options
• Command + Shift + Delete keyboard shortcut to clear cache

Safari

1. Select Preferences under the Safari menu.
2. Select the Privacy tab.
3. Select Manage Website Data.
4. Choose the site that placed the cookies in your browser and select Remove.
5. Select Done when you've deleted all the cookies from Safari.
