Labor Ledger Pending Entry

Overview

The Labor Ledger Pending Entry Lookup displays labor transactions that have not been yet posted to the Labor Ledger.

There are no required fields on this lookup. 

The following options control the display in the Search Results: 

• Include Pending Ledger Entry: 
  • Approved: Includes fully approved salary and benefit transactions. 
  • All: Includes fully approved, enroute and saved salary and benefit transactions. 

Search Results

The above fields are similar to those that post to the General Ledger. Refer to General Ledger Entry for additional information. 

The above fields are unique to Labor Ledger and provide details about the payroll transactions that will post to the Labor Ledger when pending entries are approved. 

• NOTE: Original Chart Code, Original Account Number, Original Object Code and Original Sub-Object Code can be populated using file uploads. These fields will not be populated when a Salary Transfer or Benefit Transfer are created.
