Vendor Contract moving to a Maintenance Document

Overview

• This feature was released with the 3/5/2025 release. 
• The Vendor Contract is currently managed by editing a vendor. The Vendor Contract tab is editable and can be changed by various users.
• We are moving maintaining the Vendor Contracts to the Vendor Contract Lookup. Similar to other maintenance docs, authorized users will have Edit, Copy and Create New.
• The Vendor Contract maintenance documents have a Management route node that is assigned to the Reviewer Omit Initiator role. This allows the documents that are created by users in this role to be approved by other users in this role, similar to the Vendor document. Refer to Vendor Roles for additional information. 
• Vendor Contract will still be a search field on Vendor and will display when querying on the Vendor.
• The new Doc Type is PVCN, child of  VNSM, Simple Vendor Maintenance documents. It will inherit the permissions from this doc type. 

Preparing for the change

• Make sure there aren't any enroute Vendor documents that are changing Vendor Contracts.
