Overview
We are in the process of refactoring the Lookups and Inquiries accessed from Lookups. If all the details for a particular object can be displayed in the Lookup Results, there will not be a Details page.
Lookup Results
Hovering over a column heading displays three dots, clicking on these dots opens a menu where you can
- Sort on the column
- Hide the column and
- Manage the columns
Selecting Manage the Columns displays a screen where you can choose which columns you would like to see on the page. This is useful when there are a lot of columns on a lookup.
Details
The Details page includes a dropdown menu that lists the available tabs on the page.
Selecting Payments takes you to the Payments tab. Because this tab is a table view, it has a menu similar to the Results columns.
Select Pin to Left on a column and that moves the Column to the front of the table. Following is an example of pinning the Payment Sequence number and Accumulated Depreciation to the Left.
Use the Filter option to find rows that match specified criteria.
