Create a Security Definition

Jump to Security Definition

• Description: Enter something
• Definition Name: Restrictions
• Attribute ID: Organization - Descend Hierarchy
• Check the following items - Restrict View Document
• Add documents to the Doc Types Tab
  • Document Type Name: KFS
    • Active Indicator: Uncheck
  • Add Document Types:
    • Disbursement Voucher
    • Salary Expense Transfer 
• Submit

Create Two Security Models

Jump to Security Model

• Description: Enter something
• Model Name: Deny Org PSY
• Definition Name: Look and Return Definition created above
• Constraint Code: Denied
• Operator: Equal
• Attribute Value: PSY
• Override Deny: Unchecked
• Add Roles to the Model Members tab
  • Member Type Code: Role
  • Member Identifier: 32
  • Add
  • Member Type Code: Role
  • Member Identifier: 54
  • Add
• Submit

Jump to Security Model

• Description: Enter something
• Model Name: Allow Org PSY
• Definition Name: Look and Return Definition created above
• Constraint Code: Allowed
• Operator: Equal
• Attribute Value: PSY
• Override Deny: Checked
• Add Users to the Model Members tab
  • Member Type Code: Principal ID
  • Member Identifier: 2133704704
  • Add
• Submit
