Payment History Report

Overview

Use the Payment History Report to view payment activity. 

Enter the appropriate filters.

• Click Search to view the matching results, export to spreadsheet if desired. 
• Click Print to create a pdf report of the matching results.
• NOTE: Document Number is the Payment Application or Payment Application Adjustment document number (APP/APPA).
