Scrubber Files

The scrubberJob creates several files and places them in the staging/gl/originEntry directory. The files include a date and time stamp in their names, suffixed with .data. For example: gl_scrberr1.20190126-23-03-00-991.data

File names	Description
gl_expaccts	Expired and closed accounts identified during data validation by the scrubberJob.
gl_glbackup	Backup of all files from the Origin Entry directory that will be processed by the scrubberJob. For example: Collector, Enterprise Feed, GLCP, documents, PDP, etc.
gl_glentry_lab	Summarized labor entries passed to the General Ledger from the Labor Ledger for processing.
gl_glentry_pdp	Entries from check and ACH disbursements, cancels, and cancel-and-re-issues passed to the General Ledger from the Pre-Disbursement Processor.
gl_prescrub	File created during the pre-scrubber process.
gl_scrberr1	Error transactions identified by the scrubberJob, prior to the Demerger process.
gl_scrberr2	Error transactions identified by the scrubberJob plus valid transactions for the same document type, origin code, and document number pulled by the Demerger. These entries are not passed on to the posterJob. This is the most common file used by the General Ledger Correction Process document to correct errors.
gl_scrbout1	Valid entries identified by the scrubberJob prior to the Demerger process.
gl_scrbout2	Valid entries after the Demerger process pulled entries for any documents with errors.
gl_sorterr1	Sorted scrberr2 file.
gl_sortpost	Sorted scrbout2 file. This file will be processed by the posterJob.
gl_sortscrb	Sorted backup data used for validation in the scrubberJob.
