- Fiscal Officer delegations are managed using the Account Delegate and Account Delegate Global maintenance documents.
- Organization Review delegations are managed using the Organization Review maintenance document.
- All other delegations are managed using the Role maintenance document.
Types of Delegations
Delegations come in two flavors, primary and secondary.
- Primary delegates will receive action requests directly, the person who delegated their action to a primary delegate can pull documents into their action lists.
- Secondary delegates will not receive action requests, but can pull documents into their action lists for users who have given them secondary delegation.
