Action Policy Code

When Responsibility has Action Details at Role Member Level set to true

• Then Action Policy Code applies when a document routes to a group or a role with multiple members.
  • If set to FIRST, the first member of the group or role to take action satisfies the request. The other members do not need to take action.
  • If set to ALL, then all members of the group or role must take action. 
• In this scenario, Action Details must be defined when assigning members to Roles.

When Responsibility has Action Details at Role Member Level set to false

• Then Action Policy Code code is defined when the Responsibility is added to the Role and applies to all assignees. 
• In this scenario, Action Details cannot be defined when assigning members to Roles.
