Overview
The Document Queue Operation screen allows authorized users to manually move documents along that are stuck in workflow. The Stuck Document page and job can be used to move all stuck documents. Refer to Stuck Documents for additional information. This page is also used to reindex searchable attributes primarily Purchasing/Accounts Payable document if there application doc status has been manually updated.
Document Queue Operation
Enter a Document Number and click Get Document
Select one of the following options:
- Queue Document Refresh - to move documents stuck in workflow
- Index Searchable Attributes - to refresh Doc Search searchable attributes after an Application Document Status is manually changed.
- Queue Document - does not function and will be removed in a future release.
The following page is returned after Queue Document Refresh. The message is unfortunately misleading, the Requeue has occurred versus scheduled. The error message will also be addressed in a future release.
An Annotation is added to the documents route log indicating that it was requeued from Document Queue Operation.
